RWISOA announces that Jose Carlos Rivero has been appointed as the chapter Rules Interpreter and Director of Instruction. Jose’s experience as a college referee, VAR, and MLS referee makes him a good choice to keep our members up to date on practical and technical refereeing for the college game.
Chapter president Kevin Rodrigo said, “As our chapter experiences more video clips, and referees reviewing game film, Jose will use his VAR experience and skills to assist members in breaking down their refereeing and decisions.”
JC’s local Westchester roots will also allow him to train with members, and provide on field instruction during clinics and seminars.
