Rockland Westchester's (RWISOA) Development & Training Webinars will receive technical assistance from current and former FIFA and Professional Referees, NISOA National Referees, Clinicians and Assessors among others who will sharing their resources and time to enhance our members' educational opportunities. Also, conference co-cordiantors and assignors will be joining us to provide a clear message regarding expectations and points of emphasis from their respective conferences/leagues for the 2020 college soccer season.
